Payment Terms & Conditions
- Please note at this time we except only cash at the time of your pick-up.
- Credit card facility is currently not available at our shop
- Payments towards Wedding cake orders require a 50% advance.
Delivery & Pick-Up
- Orders can be picked up directly from our shop at International City during our opening hours(10 a.m – 6 p.m)
- Delivery can be arranged within Dubai at an additional cost should you require it.
Cancellation
- Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund towards Wedding cake orders if cancelled 2 weeks before the date.
Guidelines for Cakes, Bakes and Chocolates
- Please check your order thoroughly before final payment at the time of pick-up or delivery as we will not be held responsible for any damage once the cake is handed over to you.
- All cakes should be stored at a cool room temperature unless specified (Dessert cakes require refrigeration). Please check with us when in doubt.
- Most cakes and cupcakes will keep fresh for up to 2 days after pick-up and packaged cookies for a maximum of one week. (under proper storage).
- On request from clients, we will try and reproduce cakes from internet images and pictures, as close as possible , although minor variations may occur.
- Inscriptions for orders have to be emailed or SMS’d to Cakes ‘n’ Bakes in the exact wording that you may require.
- We value our customers highly and take every complaint very seriously. While we will strive towards a mutual solution, a full refund will not always be possible.
- The most refund we offer is the value of the cake.
